2. Plans & pricing
Our plans are priced between $20 and $500 USD per month, as shown on the pricing page. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We make every effort to display accurate information; if an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment.
3. Orders & payment
All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email.
4. Delivery
Our products are digital. Access details are delivered to the email address on your order, usually immediately and at most within 24 hours of payment.
5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting unauthorised access, sending spam or malware, infringing intellectual property, reselling access without permission, or using the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, trademarks, logos and software on this site are the property of FexDesk or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Purchasing a plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service; it does not transfer ownership.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FexDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
